Yoga Alliance Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training School in Saskatchewan

These workshops will give you valuable and beneficial education, knowledge, practice and confidence for Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Practice.

If you are a:

Yoga Teacher planning to teach Prenatal Yoga Classes
Yoga Teacher who has prenatal participants attending your regular yoga class.
Health Professional working with pregnant women.
Pregnant Yogini - to empower yourself to make your own best choices for yourself and baby in developing your yoga practice.

Kathleen is a Registered Yoga Teacher Trainer, 200 Hour E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher), and Owner/Director of Namaskar Yoga, Registered Yoga School with the International Yoga Alliance (http://yogalliance.org/). Kathleen works at continuing education and on-going training in the varied aspects of yoga, anatomy, philosophy, health and well being, and various forms of yoga training and certification with Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Schools including teaching Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. She is also Certified as a Fitness Instructor and Strength Trainer trained through the YMCA, YWCA, and SPRA, and is a regular speaker and presenter at Yoga and Fitness Conferences. Kathleen has been awarded the YWCA Woman of Distinction Award in Athletics. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of fitness and wellness, with over 6,000 documented hours of experience teaching yoga, and has been providing yoga teacher training and certification for Yoga Teachers to register with the International Yoga Alliance since 2009. Kathleen teaches with great care, integrity and respect.
